To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph997 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
ph997's total aggregate liability to you in connection with this Agreement, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money deposits made by you to ph997 in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
